Refunds are handled case by case and only handled via email within 30 days of purchase. (We only respond to the email we have on file for you.)

NO REFUNDS if you don’t use site after it has been built.

NO REFUNDS after 30 days of active and running Domain Registration, Privacy and Shopping carts.

NO REFUNDS after your 30 days of service has been completed. Daily charges begin immediately after setup is completed.
